I have been a plasma donor for many many years I even got my husband to start going. I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff have become like family and great friends….. come save some lives and have so laughs you never know it could save the life of someone you know….. #savinglivesbydonating

The staff is always really welcoming at the grove street Talecris! I love talking with them as I wait (which is never long). I love the new system of appointments it makes donating very simple. Love that I decided to move my plasma donating from Bragg to here. (It was over 2 years ago the one on Bragg was my donating center) 1

My experience today was Amazing! Amanda was so personable and nice. She was able to not only assist me and ease my fear but my friend's that came with me as well. To get connected to the machine was a breeze. She was able to do it with only one stick. Highly recommend this location. The whole staff was professional but at the same time cool to be around.

Wonderful facility. The staff very friendly and attentive. Didn’t take too long getting in and out. It’s a vibe everytime. Come in make a difference and get paid for it. Come EARLY. Closer to COB it’s gonna be a wait…

Appointments system is a joke in this location you’ll have a 9 o’clock appointment and 2 hours later still sitting there waiting to have your vitals checked while walk ins will do the questionnaire on kiosk and be called a head of you. Watched the black guy skip people who came same time just due to the fact they’ve bought his cakes prior while telling others they’ll be next to them come back out change it all around again. My advise for anyone come here when you don’t have plans or work for the rest of the day because you might be here until they close.

The total donation process was quick. From the beginning to the end the techs were really knowledgeable and great the stick wasn’t bad either (quick and easy).. Amanda made my first time experience fun.. really feel good about returning.

Though I know some donations take longer than others, and I understand that certain people don't do what they are supposed to do while donating. There is no excuse for the wait every time. Every time I come here with an appointment, I'm waiting at least an hour just to get my vitals done. Once sat, another ten to twenty minutes to get stuck and actually start my donation. So that is an extra two hours when this is supposed to just be just an hour with an appointment. Either stop allowing so many people to make appointments or figure out how to get this system down. The only reason I am here is because the hours are better than Biolife's, but that is the only reason why.

A great center to go to. Ms. Amanda as well as many of the other amazing workers will have you in & out as quickly as possible. Be patient and enjoy the compensation!!!!
